BMDA members can file and track a lien notice via our eNotice system. If you are not a member please select  “For Non-Members” for available services.

To request a lien, please complete the online request form at the link below. A BMDA representative will contact you to confirm and collect payment.

For non-members who wish to request a lien notice, please contact us via phone or email. Lien notice requests may also be submitted via fax using this form.
